Take Hirako

Take Hirako (平子 丈, Hirako Take) is a former First Class Ghoul Investigator before resigning from the CCG. In the past he formed a duo with Kishou Arima. He was in charge of the 21st ward and previously investigated the S-rated ghoul Serpent with his squad, but was later transferred to work alongside Arima again. After the Dragon War, Hirako was asked to be the vice-chancellor of TSC's Peace Officer Academy but refused. He looked after his grandparents until they passed away and lives a normal life in the private sector working in a funeral home.

Kuki Urie

Kuki Urie (瓜江 久生, Urie Kuki) is an Associate Special Class Ghoul Investigator, a Quinx, and the squad leader and mentor of the Quinx Squad, as well as the leader of the S2 Squad.

Shuu Tsukiyama

Shuu Tsukiyama (月山 習, Tsukiyama Shū) was the infamous Gourmet (美食家, Bishokuka) ghoul of the 20th ward. He was a fourth-year student studying Social Welfare at the Department of Human Sciences at Seinan Gakuin University.[2] He comes from the extremely wealthy and influential Tsukiyama family which his father, Mirumo Tsukiyama was the head of. Tsukiyama himself became the head of his family after the Tsukiyama Family Extermination Operation. He was also a member of the Ghoul Restaurant, known as MM until he betrayed them. He joined Kaneki's group with the hidden intention of eating Ken Kaneki, obsessed with his scent and taste but eventually came to genuinely care for Kaneki. Two years later, his severe depression and anorexia after Kaneki's apparent demise left him emaciated and required constant care from his family servants. After finding out Kaneki was alive and meeting him, he recovers, being able to walk and eat on his own as well as take measures to help Kaneki regain his memories.

Kichimura Washuu

Kichimura Washuu (和修 吉福, Washū Kichimura) was the primary antagonist of the Tokyo Ghoul series and the former Bureau Director of the CCG. He was involved in numerous organizations and responsible for several major events of the series. He was originally Souta Washuu-Furuta (和修旧多 宗太, Washū-Furuta Sōta), the illegitimate son of former CCG Chairman Tsuneyoshi Washuu and an agent of V raised in the Sunlit Garden. While working as a Rank 1 Ghoul Investigator, he used the alias of Nimura Furuta (旧多 二福, Furuta Nimura).

Noro

Noro (ノロ, Noro) was a direct subordinate of the One-Eyed King and one of Aogiri Tree's leaders. In the past, he was a ghoul known as Noroi (ノロイ, Noroi) and was entrusted with raising Eto by Yoshimura.

Eto Yoshimura

Eto Yoshimura (芳村 愛支エト, Yoshimura Eto) is the founding leader of Aogiri Tree, having formed the organization in the decade between her original rampage and the beginning of the series. While speculated by many to be the One-Eyed King, she claims that this is not the case. Instead, she is the One-Eyed Owl (隻眼の梟, Sekigan no Fukurō), the half-human and half-ghoul daughter of Yoshimura and Ukina. Her human identity is Sen Takatsuki (高槻 泉, Takatsuki Sen), a best-selling horror novelist mentioned throughout the series.

Arata Kirishima

Arata Kirishima (霧嶋 新, Kirishima Arata) is the husband of Hikari Kirishima. He is also the father of Touka Kirishima and Ayato Kirishima. A group of ghoul investigators named him the Corpse Collector (骸拾い, Mukuro Hiroi). Yukinori Shinohara and Kureo Mado had exposed Arata's identity,[2] and the investigators were subsequently able to catch Arata.
